Mine did not come with a syringe. How do I get one for this?

You can buy a small syringe at a pharmacy or store（Be careful not to insert the syringe into the frame frequently. Too many insertions will destroy the sealing of the sand painting and cause water leakage.）

Does anyone have issues with the water slowly evaporating? Because mine is a year old and there’s less water?

After a long time, some of the water vapor in the sand painting will evaporate. If the sand is always stuck, you can consider injecting some pure water, but do not inject too much to prevent the glass from breaking
